My homeowner’s policy would not cover any of my legal costs

I was very disappointed to learn that my homeowner’s policy with a major insurance company that we’ve used for almost 20 years would not cover any of my legal costs if I needed to use a firearm to defend my own life or the life of my loved ones within my own home.
