Governor Michelle Grisham of New Mexico has not only abandoned her constitutional duties but has also violated the United States and New Mexico Constitutions by outlawing the open and concealed carry of firearms in Albuquerque and Bernalillo County, New Mexico. This action is a direct violation of the constitutional guarantees, including the individual freedoms protected by the United States and New Mexico Constitutions, as well as the fundamental right to protect oneself through self-defense. The ban on open and concealed carry in New Mexico represents a dangerous and illegal overreach of government authority.
